Client Information

  • The safety of our clients and nursing staff is our highest priority. In the event of inclement weather or unsafe travel conditions, including severe storms, flooding, ice, snow, hurricanes, or other hazardous conditions. Anu Health & Wellness reserves the right to postpone, modify, or cancel scheduled services when necessary to ensure safety.

    Service Delays & Rescheduling

    If weather conditions impact travel or service delivery, clients will be notified as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to reschedule services promptly and accommodate urgent wellness needs when safely possible.

    Refunds Due to Weather

    If services are canceled prior to care being provided due to unsafe weather conditions, clients will receive a full refund of any prepaid service fees.

  • All package hours and scheduled services are intended for use within the agreed-upon service timeframe or visit date.

    Unused visit time or package hours do not roll over unless otherwise specified in writing. Customized concierge packages and memberships are tailored to each client’s needs and scheduling availability.

  • Anu Health & Wellness is a private-pay concierge wellness and nursing support service. We do not bill or submit claims to insurance providers.

    Payment Terms

    Payment is required at least 48 hours prior to scheduled services unless alternative arrangements have been approved in writing.

    Failure to submit payment within the required timeframe may result in cancellation or rescheduling of services.

    Accepted Payment Methods

    We accept:

    • All major debit & credit cards

    • HSA/FSA payments when eligible

    • Approved financing options including Klarna & Affirm

    Receipts

    Receipts and invoices are provided electronically following payment.

    Agreement

    By scheduling services, the client acknowledges understanding and acceptance of our financial and cancellation policies.

  • Client Cancellations

    More Than 7 Days Before Service

    Clients will receive a full refund minus any applicable payment processing fees.

    Within 72 Hours of Scheduled Service

    Clients may be responsible for up to 50% of the scheduled service fee due to reserved scheduling and preparation time.

    Same-Day Cancellations

    Same-day cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable.

    Extenuating Circumstances

    We understand unexpected situations may arise. Partial or full refunds may be considered at the discretion of Anu Health & Wellness for circumstances including:

    • Medical emergencies

    • Severe illness

    • Natural disasters

    • Unforeseen emergencies

    Applicable payment processing fees may still apply.

    Cancellation by Anu Health & Wellness

    If services must be canceled by Anu Health & Wellness due to unforeseen circumstances unrelated to weather or force majeure events, clients will receive a full refund of prepaid service fees.

    Refunds for Services Rendered

    Refunds are not provided for services already completed, including:

    • In-home visits

    • Wellness consultations

    • Recovery support services

    • Care coordination services

    • Travel-related services

  • Anu Health & Wellness shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide services resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

    • Natural disasters

    • Severe weather events

    • Public health emergencies

    • Government actions

    • Acts of terrorism

    • Civil unrest

    • Widespread power or communication outages

    Services affected by such events will be rescheduled when reasonably possible.

  • Anu Health & Wellness is fully bonded and insured, and all nurses carry individual professional malpractice insurance.

    We operate within the Registered Nurse scope of practice and adhere to HIPAA privacy standards to ensure services are delivered with professionalism, accountability, discretion, and respect for client confidentiality.
